1. Principle and Application
The UV-LED curing oven is a device that can instantly cure UV glue, UV ink, UV paint and other products. The light source of the curing equipment emits ultraviolet rays with a peak of 365nm/395nm/405nm. After absorbing high-intensity ultraviolet rays, the product generates free radicals, thereby initiating polymerization, crosslinking and grafting reactions, and the resin changes from liquid to solid within a few seconds. The equipment is mainly used for:
l UV encapsulation curing of lasers.
l PCB industry LEDVU light curing application
l Mobile phone component assembly (camera lens, earpiece, microphone, housing, LCD module, touch screen coating, etc.)
l Hard disk head assembly (read-write head encapsulation, gold wire fixing, bearings, coils, chip bonding, etc.)
l Medical device glue curing
l Optical communication field: passive devices [WG/AWG/SPLITTER/ISOLATOR/COUPLOR]
l PCB industry: components, capacitors, chips, plug-ins, inductors, connectors, etc., circuit board conformal coating.
l Printing industry: curing of ink and varnish, such as offset printing, label printing, rotary printing
2. Functional features
l Frame part: The frame is welded with thickened square tubes, the overall structure is strong and reliable, and the sheet metal is made of electrostatic powder spraying and baking powder, with exquisite appearance and texture;
l Control system: The equipment adopts PLC+touch screen control mode, and the interface operation is simple and intuitive; LED lamp beads are equipped with short circuit, overcurrent, overtemperature and other protection functions. When the driving power exceeds the limit value, the equipment automatically starts protection; it has the functions of automatically recording the use time of the light source and monitoring the irradiation time; the power supply part has total power leakage protection and each unit has independent protection.
l Transportation system: The conveying adopts chain transportation mode, and baffles are installed at the board outlet and board inlet, and the height is adjustable to avoid burning the eyes of the operator during work.
l LED light source: LED lamp beads adopt imported UVLED lamp beads, which have slow decay and long life, and are more energy-saving during use; the light source power can be set independently and displayed as a percentage, and the power adjustment accuracy reaches 1%. (The starting power of the curing equipment is 8-10%)
l Cooling system: The external chiller water cooling system ensures that the equipment working temperature is within the normal range, ensures constant optical power output, and has higher curing efficiency.
l Communication port: Equipped with a complete external I/O control interface to achieve perfect connection with automation equipment.
l Alarm system: When a fault occurs, the buzzer sounds an alarm, the touch screen displays relevant fault information, and prompts abnormal irradiation, and the signal light tower displays red.
